These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Family on Ten. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to the following:

1. Services

We offer photography, videography, branding, and content creation services. Final deliverables and timelines are agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Payment

All payments must be made in full before final content is delivered, unless otherwise agreed. Deposits are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Use of Content

We reserve the right to use photos and videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and being on time for scheduled shoots.

6. Copyright

All images and videos remain the intellectual property of Family on Ten unless explicitly transferred in writing.
